This paper aims to evaluate the regulation model for filing an action pauliana lawsuit by creditors revoke debtor’s legal actions prior declaration of bankruptcy. The research method used is normative juridical. results show that regulating authority who wish file actio against debtors in bankruptcy law can be done making changes Law Number 37 2004 concerning Bankruptcy adding article which regulates procedural how a creditor lawsuit. following way: Creditors acknowledge existence Debtor's action, not required carried out within one year before decision pronounced, may submit application Supervisory Judge attaching valid evidence so will issue ruling mandatory and shall revoked.
